The site of the former Lake retreat of Steinhatchee, which was referred to by many guests as the hidden gem of Steinhatchee has been converted. The properties boast natural beauty that have been the location of many lifetime memories. Five gorgeous contiguous properties are now converted into 13 special R/V camp sites called Privacy RV campground resort of Steinhatchee.
Welcome, Our concept is called “ family and friends” it was developed to provide you with the most memorable lifetime experience with your closest family and friends. We offer large low density sites that have two, three, four or even five RV hook ups to join your friends and family for fun and adventure. Come prepared for fishing, scalloping, diving, kayaking, birdwatching, or just hanging out in a beautiful natural environment with your family and friends. This is no typical buddy site concept. This is the place to be!
Escape the typical RV experience of clutter and noise that is beyond your control. Sleep to the peaceful sounds of nature on your own accord. Each site has at least a half acre to enjoy to yourselves. Beautiful trees, a marsh, creek and lake are beautiful features of this gorgeous RV campground. Amenities include washer and dryers, gazebos, picnic tables, and fireplaces to name a few.
The properties are situated on approximately 5 acres of natural beauty right in the heart of Steinhatchee. These properties have been described as hidden gems. There are five individual private sites available for rent. One is sure to be just perfect for you and your guests. We can accommodate up to 40 guests or so on one property. Bring your boats, ATVs, jet, skis, and golf carts to explore the area.
The famous Sea Hag Marina and new Deadman’s Bay Marina are both just a short walk away. The public boat ramp is approximately a quarter mile from each property. Launch your next exciting vacation getaway and enjoy the pristine crystal clear waters of the Gulf of America and the beauty of the Steinhatchee river and all it has to offer.
